There is a project - Retraction Watch. It provides maximum information about retractions in academic publishing.

Wiley's Edifix is now integrated with the Retraction Watch Database. Edifix (a Wiley software application for reference lists) is now integrated with the Retraction Watch database to alert users when citations to retracted content appear in authors’ submitted reference lists.
