It is well-known that in Poland, the future of teachers and educational institutions is associated with the number of points received for scientific publications. Points are awarded depending on the specific publisher issuing articles or conference papers. The Ministry of Education and Science of Poland sets the points to the publishers.

The Ministry's policy is maximum protectionism concerning Polish publishers. What a Ukrainian journal can expect (as a rule, the list includes those indexed in Scopus and WoS) is 20-40 points. Please consider that the maximum is 200 points. By the way, the maximum score in this list is given to only 88 publishers! The list includes 34,318 journals and 1,735 conferences.

Strange things are observed in this list.
Here, for example, about journals rated with 200 points. Among 88 publishers with 200 points, 58 are journals, and 30 (!!!) are conferences. These are mainly journals on literary studies, linguistics, culture, psychology, and mathematical sciences. These are the priorities!

CiteScore-2022 of some of these journals in Scopus (honestly, these are low rates):
Advances in Mathematics - 2.5;
American Journal of Mathematics – 2.9;
Antigonish Review - indexed in Scopus until 2017 and again since 2022 (this is a journal of literary studies);
Archives of Budo – 2.2;
Biolinguistics – 1.0 (indexed since 2019);
Contemporary Literature – 0.2;
GEMA Online Journal of Language Studies – 1.8;
Language and Literature – 1.4.
