Case: Ukrainian authors request retraction of article published in Russian conference proceedings

It would be great if there were cases of how not to print articles of authors with Russian affiliation. But currently we have only such examples “Since then several similar cases have been received and the publisher intends to follow the advice of the COPE Forum.”
