... And what is interesting is that even respected doctors from leading universities repost these proposals precisely to help their colleagues solve the problem with publishing...

It seems that every university should introduce mandatory initial courses for all teachers not only about how to write articles but also about what not to do... With a required exam ... and examiners should be independent.
